Your privacy, in plain English
What Nomad IPTV collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have over it — no legalese padding.
Nomad IPTV ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This page tells you, in plain language, what personal information we ask for when you visit nomadeiptv.online or subscribe to our IPTV service, what we do with it, and what you're entitled to ask us to do with it.
1. Who We Are
Nomad IPTV is a paid IPTV subscription service. If you've got a question about your data, drop us a note via our contact page or send a quick message on WhatsApp — both reach the same team.
2. Data We Collect
Information you give us
- Email address — we need this to set up your account and email your login details.
- Payment information — handled by our payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, or our crypto processor). Your full card number never touches our servers.
- Name — totally optional, and only used if you write in for support.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
Information collected automatically
- IP address — used to spot fraud and to show you the right regional pricing. We don't keep it on file long-term.
- Browser and device type — picked up via cookies so the site behaves correctly on your device.
- Pages you visit and how long you stay — through analytics cookies (full details in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and run your Nomad IPTV subscription.
- To email your login details and any service notices.
- To take payment safely.
- To answer your support questions.
- To make the site faster and to spot fraudulent activity.
- To meet legal requirements where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data — full stop. We don't run automated profiling that produces legal effects either.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the EU, here's the legal grounds we rely on:
- Contract performance — we use your email to deliver the subscription you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention and improving the service.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies, which you can pull back any time.
- Legal obligation — anywhere the law requires us to keep records.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, the law gives you these rights:
- Right to access — ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Right to rectification — get anything wrong corrected.
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to limit how we handle your information.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable file.
- Right to object — push back on anything we do under legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — for cookie-based processing, whenever you want.
Want to use any of these? Hit us up via the contact page. We'll come back to you within 30 days.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you're in California, you've got the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold and why we hold it.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of any "sale" of your data — though we don't sell it in the first place.
- Get the same service whether or not you exercise these rights.
To file a CCPA request, drop us a line through the contact page.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you rights over access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about how your data gets used. Send your LGPD request through our contact page and we'll handle it.
8. Data Sharing
The only third parties that ever see your data are:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — strictly to take payment.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — anonymised, and only if you've allowed analytics cookies.
- Law enforcement — only when we're legally compelled to share.
9. Data Retention
We hang on to your email for as long as your subscription is active, plus another 90 days after — earlier if you ask us to delete it. Payment records stick around for as long as tax law says they have to (usually around 7 years).
10. Cookies
Yes, we set cookies. For the full breakdown of which ones, what they do, and how to switch them off, head to our Cookies Policy.
11. Security
Every page on Nomad IPTV runs over HTTPS, so traffic between you and us is encrypted in transit. Subscriber data is locked down to authorised staff only, and we review our security practices on a regular basis.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy can change. When it does, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, paying subscribers will get an email so nothing slips past you.
13. Contact
Questions about your data? Use our contact page — we usually reply within 48 hours.
